Walking on the south bank of Singapore River, the Clock Tower of the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall (Victoria Memorial Hall) stands high in the sky. Combining the Clock Tower with a quaint lamp on the river bank and a tree top, a Memorial Chord presented in the sky. The picture is shown in B&W to bring the mood of old memory. The white Clock Tower stands out from the dark lamp and tree top and become the main tone.
